Why by reservation? It means when you're here, you're not waiting in line or sharing my attention. The whole visit revolves around you and your jewelry.
When you book a visit at Simms, you're not getting a sales associate and a busy floor. You're getting me, the full case, and however long it takes to find what you're actually looking for. Most visits are thirty minutes to an hour. Some are twenty minutes. Some turn into two hours and a story I'll be telling for years. All of them start with: what are you thinking about?
